We’re currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Assistant with recruitment experience to support on our HR team and growing firm. The ideal candidate is one who has experience with full-cycle recruitment and utilizing recruitment strategies. Requirements

Experience recruiting for attorney profiles required
Minimum of 2 years proven experience within a recruitment role required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
Bachelor's Degree in related field

Responsibilities

Recruitment for Exempt and Non-Exempt staff.
Use of a variety of search methods (i.e. Search firms, internal referrals, online research)
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings with candidates where appropriate.
Review applicant submissions through the ATS process.
Schedule interviews, gather feedback and report on metrics.
Assist with offer approval process working with the Head of HR on terms.
Prepare regular status updates and report to the Head of HR findings.
