Requirements

3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred)
Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant change
Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions
Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 8 recruiters, partner with a peer supervisor, and report to a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and engaging team culture.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and development.
Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic recruiting plans.
Lead training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices.
Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across hiring processes.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Continuously optimize processes and strategies.
