Talent Acquisition Supervisor
About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor manages staffing strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates using successful recruiting channels. He/She monitors large scale and complex staffing concerns and provides oversight on issues with potential risks and unfavorable trends. This position implements initiatives and provides consultative expertise and tactical support to business units and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor collaborates with managers to develop strategies for current and future business needs utilizing research and data analysis. He/She develops progressive recruiting materials and coordinates geographical media advertising as needed. This position supervises recruiters and administrative employees.
Requirements
