Requirements
- Must be available to volunteer 8-10+ hours a week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage global candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and job boards is a plus.
- Past supervisory experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervises a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators from training, job postings, and candidate questions.
- Streamline candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Post all new openings on all platforms and remove any filled positions.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, and Handshake.
- Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
- Research new potential job boards and recruiting tactics to expand reach.
- Prepares correspondence as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Attend monthly full staff, and department meetings (if applicable).
