Refloor is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and develop a team of three recruiters while driving scalable hiring strategies across 16+ markets nationwide. This role will oversee full-cycle recruiting operations for both W2 and 1099 workforce models. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking recruiting leader who combines strong people management skills, and data-driven decision-making to support a rapidly growing, multi-market organization. This is a hands-on position that will also actively recruit and train.
