About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a high-performing recruiting team and oversee end-to-end hiring operations across multiple business functions. This role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruiting execution to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring goals with organizational growth, develop recruiting strategies for critical talent segments, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will track performance metrics, manage recruiting operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the talent acquisition function and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in people management
  • Proven experience leading hiring delivery across multiple functions or high-volume environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and develop teams, manage performance, and retain top talent
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career progression
  • Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring priorities
  • Establish and execute recruiting strategies for key talent segments, including sourcing, assessment, employer branding, and referrals
  • Manage recruiting operations: requisition flow, capacity planning, dashboards, KPI tracking, and process compliance
  • Monitor and optimize performance of recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, job boards, and sourcing platforms)
  • Drive hiring execution across assigned business units, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and consistent interview standards
  • Lead TA projects, process improvements, training programs, and vendor management initiatives
