As Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruiting strategy, execution, and operations, partnering closely with leaders across the business to hire thoughtfully and at scale. You will build on an established recruiting foundation, continuing to strengthen our employer brand, expand talent attraction efforts, and deepen our presence in relevant talent communities. In addition to owning hiring outcomes, you will help evolve how EMARKETER shows up to candidates by delivering a consistent, inclusive, and high quality experience while elevating recruiting as a strategic function across the organization. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office.
