We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to build and own Baselayer’s hiring engine end-to-end. This is a high-impact, recruiting-first role. Your primary responsibility is to design, execute, and scale our talent acquisition function across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with leadership to define hiring strategy, attract top-tier talent, and consistently close high-quality candidates. While you may support light people operations or office-related needs, success in this role is measured by hiring outcomes, speed, and talent quality. You will have meaningful ownership over how Baselayer identifies, engages, and hires exceptional talent as we scale.
