About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, onsite operations support roles. This role is ideal for a quality-focused recruiter with a stable professional history, strong sourcing and screening judgment, and proven success hiring dependable candidates for fast-paced, operations-based environments. This is an in-office role based at AIR’s Denver Tech Center office. The specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly operations support, administrative support, field, facilities, property management, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar frontline roles. They will partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand hiring needs, schedules, role requirements, commute expectations, and success profiles. Building Denver-area candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, local outreach, school/community partnerships, and talent networks is key. The role involves screening candidates for reliability, motivation, onsite readiness, schedule alignment, commute feasibility, and long-term fit, moving quickly while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality, communication, and hiring accuracy. Writing clear, searchable postings for LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels, and tracking pipeline health, recruiting activity, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes are also core responsibilities.

  • Success delivering qualified, reliable candidates—not just resume volume.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find candidates beyond inbound applicants.
  • Excellent screening judgment, attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems, job boards, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools.
  • Embrace new technology, AI tools, and flexibility as recruiting technology and best practices evolve.
