About The Position

A growing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its talent team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional and salaried positions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners. You'll have the opportunity to support hiring across corporate functions, manufacturing operations, and global teams while gaining exposure to diverse business areas and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through offer stage
  • Experience recruiting for professional or salaried positions
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or plant environments
  • Workday or similar ATS experience
  • Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, and hiring metrics
  • Exposure to HRIS platforms and recruiting technology
  • Experience supporting global or multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Strong consultative approach with hiring leaders and business partners

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple business units
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent to hiring teams
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes while providing guidance on candidate selection
  • Partner with HR stakeholders throughout the offer and onboarding process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Post and manage job openings through internal and external recruiting platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within the applicant tracking system
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to business leaders
  • Support recruiting efforts across functions including operations, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and manufacturing leadership
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent attraction strategies
