Requirements

College education required (or currently pursuing)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ATS systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
Home health or healthcare experience required
Must live in the Florida Panhandle – Tallahassee to Pensacola

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Assist with onboarding and credentialing processes
Participate in hiring events and job fairs (some travel required)
Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload (up to 40 requisitions)
