About The Position
This is a 100% REMOTE Talent Acquisition Specialist role within the Aerospace & Defense industry. The position offers a 9/80 schedule, providing every other Friday off. It's a high-visibility role with real influence, allowing the specialist to partner directly with hiring leaders. The role involves working on diverse requisitions across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, and Assembly. The company is a leading Aerospace & Defense organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communicator who can push process and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing high-volume req loads
- Workday or similar ATS experience

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings (100+ reqs shared across team)
- Drive sourcing strategy and pipeline top-tier talent
- Partner with hiring managers and hold them accountable to move fast
- Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end-to-end
- Leverage Workday and sourcing tools to stay ahead of the market
