About The Position

This is a REMOTE Talent Acquisition Specialist role within the Aerospace & Defense industry. It is a high-impact, fast-paced position requiring a driven professional to own full-cycle recruiting at scale and drive results. The role offers true ownership of the pipeline, managing over 100 requisitions split across a team, and operates on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, source and secure top talent in Engineering, Assembly, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management, and utilize Workday and modern sourcing tools to build strong pipelines efficiently.

Requirements

3+ years of corporate, full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to manage high req volume and competing priorities
Strong communicator who can push back when needed and keep stakeholders aligned
Experience with Workday (required)
Sharp sourcing skills (LinkedIn + tools)
High sense of urgency and accountability
