The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for efficiently executing high-volume hiring for hourly and skilled manufacturing roles by managing the hourly recruiting process, building candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring events and community-based talent partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or similar environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced, repeatable hiring environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-starter attitude with a drive to be successful.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for hourly, production, or skilled trades roles strongly preferred.
  • Experience building candidate pipelines through community outreach, trade schools, or local partnerships strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled manufacturing roles, delivering high-quality hires through structured and efficient processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to support ongoing hiring needs for standardized roles.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using established recruiting channels and processes.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer logistics to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Plan and execute onsite and offsite hiring events for hourly and skilled manufacturing roles, including career fairs, open houses, and community outreach events.
  • Coordinate outreach and partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and local workforce programs to support skilled talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliant, equitable hiring practices and identify opportunities to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
