This role goes beyond filling openings—it’s about finding quality hires who elevate our culture and strengthen our mission. You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business, ensuring we bring in the right talent to support both immediate goals and long-term success. We are a 100% Employee-Owned company that offers a highly attractive benefits package. Our HR team is based out of our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, however this position can be performed remotely from any state within our company's existing footprint.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar people-focused role.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a genuine love for connecting with people.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • A thoughtful, proactive approach to hiring that prioritizes both capability and cultural fit.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.
  • A deep commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal/State employment laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, refine job requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and brand.
  • Promote our culture and employee value proposition through creative outreach and networking.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
