Talent Acquisition Specialist

Levata•St. Louis Park, MN
•$60,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full-cycle recruitment, with a primary and dedicated focus on campus and early-career sales hiring — including sales development reps, account executive associates, and new-grad sales trainees. This role builds relationships with universities and colleges, runs full-cycle recruitment for entry-level sales positions, and partners closely with Sales leadership to keep the early-career pipeline full, diverse, and ready to convert into future sales hires. Beyond the campus program, this role also recruits for other open roles across Levata's business — partnering with hiring managers across functions to source, screen, and close qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally including campus/early-career or sales recruiting.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with university career centers and student organizations.
  • Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and role types, not just sales, and re-prioritizing as hiring needs shift.
  • Familiarity with sales roles and sales competencies preferred.
  • Proficiency with an ATS (Jobvite preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing Levata at in-person campus events.
  • Travel requirement 30% including campus engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Relationship-builder who enjoys campus engagement and represents the brand well in person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and events at once
  • Comfortable with recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting
  • Genuine interest in sales talent and what makes early-career sales hires succeed

Responsibilities

  • Follow a campus recruitment strategy to attract early-career sales talent from universities and colleges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with career services offices, business and sales programs, and student sales organizations to build a sustained talent pipeline.
  • Plan and represent Levata at career fairs, campus information sessions, case competitions, and collegiate sales competitions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and early-career sales roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer — from requisition to start date.
  • Source candidates through university partnerships, LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and sales-focused student organizations.
  • Build and maintain a talent community/pipeline for future early-career sales openings, so roles fill quickly against a warm pool of candidates.
  • Track and report on pipeline health — applicant flow, conversion, time-to-fill, and diversity of pipeline.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, communication skills, coachability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview panels with sales hiring managers and coach them on structured interviewing and consistent evaluation.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding handoff.
  • Represent and promote Levata's employer brand on campus and within early-career talent communities.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR to develop recruitment materials, social content, and campus event collateral tailored to early-career sales audiences.
  • Support the design and administration of internship and new-grad sales development programs.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for other specified open roles across Levata's business, outside of the campus and early-career sales program.
  • Partner with hiring managers across functions to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and manage requisitions from intake to offer.
  • Balance recruiting capacity across the campus/early-career program and general hiring needs, flagging capacity constraints to the TA Manager as volume shifts.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS; provide regular pipeline and hiring reports to TA leadership and business stakeholders.
