Requirements

  • 3-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of managing high-volume or highly specialized cross-functional hiring tracks.
  • A strong background in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments, meaning you thrive in ambiguity, love building processes, and move with a high sense of urgency.
  • A sharp understanding of diverse business functions, allowing you to easily pivot between evaluating the technical and soft skills required for GTM and leadership roles.
  • Strategic thinking and a goal-oriented mindset, with the organizational horsepower to manage multiple parallel hiring tracks seamlessly within an agile ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders internally and act as a compelling brand ambassador externally.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in headhunting or executive search (agency background) is preferred, giving you the grit, resilience, and advanced sourcing toolkit needed to land hard-to-reach talent.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, from the initial proactive outreach and strategic sourcing to the final offer and successful hire.
  • Managing a diverse and dynamic portfolio of requisitions, driving hiring excellence across multiple functions including Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Finance, Partnerships, and other key business units.
  • Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and executive leadership to define precise candidate profiles, build alignment, and make data-driven hiring decisions that support sustainable company growth.
  • Acting as a relentless talent hunter, utilizing creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and direct outreach to identify, engage, and excite top-tier passive talent.
  • Building strong, trust-based talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs, leveraging your network to position vivenu as an employer of choice.
  • Integrating employer branding initiatives into your daily workflow to deliver a seamless, memorable, and premium candidate experience from the very first touchpoint to the signed contract.
  • Leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and keep recruitment processes lean, transparent, and highly efficient.
