About The Position

We are partnering with a leading organization in the utilities and energy sector to hire a results-driven Corporate Talent Advisor. This role supports critical hiring across engineering, project management, and corporate functions tied to large-scale infrastructure and energy initiatives. This is a fully on-site position in Corpus Christi, TX (5 days/week) and offers the opportunity to work within an industry that plays a vital role in powering communities, driving energy innovation, and supporting long-term economic growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership roles
  • Experience working with ATS systems and sourcing platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • background in utilities, energy, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (non-IT)
  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and exempt-level roles (engineering, project management, operations, etc.)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using both traditional and innovative approaches
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, events, and digital sourcing tools
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and drive the hiring process forward
  • Extend and negotiate offers while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the ATS
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies
  • Support onboarding and new hire processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recruiting efficiency
