About The Position

North is seeking an eager, go-getter Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is a strategic partner driving growth across core tech and creative hubs (IT, Engineering, Product, and Marketing), and also flexing into other business units (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) as needed. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full-cycle recruiting process and serve as the face of the company brand, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven track record of executing diverse recruitment strategies across multiple technical or creative functions.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong desire for self-development and 'nimble learning'.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates.
Action-oriented and structured to manage multiple priorities and build strong pipelines under tight timelines.
Ability to balance the needs of hiring managers and candidates.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant recruiting experience.
Workday experience.
Professional certifications like RACR, PHR, or SHRM.

Responsibilities

Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for IT, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
Support hiring initiatives across multiple entities and diverse business units as the company scales.
Maintain proactive, transparent, and timely communication with candidates to ensure an unmatched candidate experience.
Guide hiring managers through the interview process, provide data-driven applicant recommendations, and collaborate on market intelligence.
Write competitive and marketable job postings.
Attend career fairs, campus events, and industry tradeshows with the TA team.
Maintain clean candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure a seamless workflow.
