We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support ongoing hiring across an established salon network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our salons are consistently staffed with top talent—supporting recruitment efforts across more than 100 locations in multiple states. Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume or service industry preferred)
  • Experience sourcing candidates through social media and non-traditional channels
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume candidate engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different regions
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the beauty industry or cosmetology field is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Stylists and Salon Leaders across multiple markets
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and manage cold outreach campaigns to attract passive candidates
  • Establish and maintain relationships with beauty schools, educators, and alumni networks
  • Source and maintain active cosmetology license lists to identify qualified candidates
  • Partner with salon leadership to understand ongoing hiring needs and workforce gaps
  • Build and maintain consistent candidate pipelines to support continuous staffing needs
  • Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer
  • Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring demands
  • Represent the brand at industry events, job fairs, and school visits
  • Assist with additional operational or administrative projects as business needs evolve
  • Provide cross-functional support and coverage for other team members may occasionally be needed
