Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the health care industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
  • Handle the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
