About The Position

We are looking for a sharp, independent and driven Technology Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and helping us attract top technological talent across multiple domains.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in technological recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment systems
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly independent, proactive, and confident personality with the ability to push processes forward

Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes – from role definition to offer stage
  • Working closely with hiring managers and acting as a strategic recruitment partner
  • Sourcing and identifying candidates through LinkedIn and additional sourcing channels
  • Managing candidates and pipelines through the Comeet recruitment system
  • Conducting interviews and leading recruitment processes independently
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
