As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcing, you will support the firm's business professional recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and developing candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Hiring Managers, you will conduct candidate research, market mapping, sourcing, and outreach activities to support the recruitment of business professionals across a variety of functions and office locations. You will leverage sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and market research to identify qualified active and passive candidates while helping to build and maintain talent pipelines. You will also assist with gathering and sharing talent market information to support recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.
