About The Position

As a growing organization, Point Quest Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist who will be at the forefront of shaping our team. In this role, you’ll own the top of funnel, building strategic pipelines and driving outreach efforts for Point Quest Group’s hiring efforts nationwide. The TA Sourcing Specialist will operate as a trusted advisor to the business —balancing the sourcing needs of the organization in partnership with recruiters nationwide. A top candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience balancing multiple shifting priorities while hunting for exceptional talent. This is a remote based. This role offers a competitive salary as well as performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a talent acquisition sourcing function
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in educational services and/or healthcare recruitment strongly preferred
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines and manage complex searches

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and team priorities.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies that identify and engage passive talent across the nation.
  • Leverage a variety of recruiting tools to build robust candidate pipelines.
  • Drive thoughtful outreach campaigns to introduce candidates to opportunities at Point Quest Group and our family of companies.
  • Track recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, report on progress, and drive continuous process improvement.
