This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting to onboarding, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, hiring strategies and timelines. You will create and publish attractive and inclusive job postings, proactively source and engage candidates via various channels, screen applications, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and timely communication. The role also includes coordinating and facilitating interviews, feedback rounds, and selection decisions, maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and collaborating with external partners when required. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and KPIs.
