About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company to prospective team members, driving our hiring process from first contact through seamless onboarding. Because MSP environments are fast-paced and technology-driven, you’ll play a critical role in attracting top-tier technical and professional talent while ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, positive, and memorable recruitment experience.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; able to quickly build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Superior organizational ability to manage multiple open requisitions, candidate schedules, and onboarding logistics simultaneously.
  • High level of initiative and autonomy; motivated to meet hiring deadlines and solve problems independently.
  • Innovative in sourcing talent, crafting engaging candidate communications, and enhancing the new-hire experience.
  • Brings enthusiastic, upbeat energy to daily interactions, reflecting our corporate culture to future employees.
  • Proficient across multiple PC programs, applicant tracking systems (experience with Pinpoint is a plus), Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting or HR support experience, ideally within an IT, tech, or MSP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and track applicant stages within Pinpoint to keep our hiring pipeline organized and efficient.
  • Conduct initial phone/video pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical aptitude, soft skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Proactively search for and engage qualified candidates for various technical (e.g., Helpdesk, Network Engineers, Systems Admins) and administrative roles.
  • Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines.
  • Initiate and manage pre-employment background checks and drug screenings in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) for out-of-town candidates or new hires attending in-person interviews or orientation.
  • Drive a seamless onboarding experience by preparing custom welcome kits and co-facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates, interview feedback, and offer details.
