About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments within the Manufactured Housing (MH) and RV industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within Manufactured Housing, RV, Multifamily, Property Management, or Hospitality industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries and recommendations.
  • Extend verbal offers and assist with offer negotiations when appropriate.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, employment verification, and onboarding documentation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry functions to promote employment opportunities.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws.
  • Promote a positive employer brand and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
