About The Position

HG Insights is the market intelligence leader for B2B go-to-market teams. We help companies understand the technology their prospects and customers use, how much they spend on it, and where they're headed, so sales and marketing teams can target more precisely, prioritize better, and win more. Our customers are some of the world's leading technology companies. They use HG data to build their ICP, power their outbound, and close deals faster. We are looking for an in-house recruiter to join our team and accelerate the hiring of new talents by mastering the sourcing of new candidates. The recruiter’s responsibilities mainly include sourcing candidates through various channels, scheduling interviews and validating selection procedures with the hiring managers. To be successful in this role, you mainly need to understand why joining HG Insights is a key opportunity for candidates you find and efficiently convey this message to convince them to apply. Your goal is to ensure we always have a healthy pipeline of great candidates to minimize the time to fill open positions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish a close relationship with candidates, adapt to the needs of each candidate and be at ease communicating with our team leads
The role is about meeting people and assessing their skills. Therefore, it requires a high level of empathy, listening capabilities and assessing-competencies skills
Will to collaborate with HG Insights team leads
Sourcing skills
At ease with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
A keen understanding of the differences between different roles within organizations
Need to find unique & creative ways to source candidates, analyze resumés, and screen for hard & soft skills
Process-oriented
Great at multi-tasking, able to manage multiple processes at once that are all at different stages
Startup mindset
Ability to iterate very fast through the cycle of formulating clear hypotheses, creating a first version of the solution and iterating

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Along with the hiring managers, clarify selection procedures for sourcing
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) and make sure we bring in enough candidates through inbound/outreach to fill each position.
Coordinate interviews (Zoom) and provide clear expectations to Kudus and candidates as to what is expected from each interview.
Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience.
Leverage our ATS platform (Greenhouse) and AI to attract top talent.
