Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to communicate both in Spanish and English

• Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support and execution of hiring events, including candidate registration, check-in, processing offered candidates, and providing information to attendees.
• Assist with pre-event outreach to candidates to increase hiring event registration and attendance, and handle post-event follow-up to ensure candidates are contacted promptly regarding next steps.
• Support the administrative function of a full-cycle recruiting Talent Acquisition team, including creating job requisitions and providing candidate screening support for hourly roles.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as candidate profile merges and dispositioning of candidates.
• Support the preparation of interview guides and other necessary documentation for hiring events and candidate movement in the ATS.
• Organize and maintain event materials such as job descriptions, company brochures, and giveaways.
• Assist with career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other hiring activities by preparing materials, handling logistics, and providing guidance to candidates.
