Requirements

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an asset
Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, and read)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving hiring needs
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing hard-to-fill roles is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Post job requisitions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social platforms, universities, and community channels
Proactively build pipelines for both high-volume and niche roles
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate recommendations
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Efficiently close open roles and meet hiring deadlines
