About The Position

All Roads Company is seeking a Jr. Bilingual Recruiter to join their team onsite in Dundalk, MD. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual (Spanish), friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to enter the recruiting field. The company will provide training, and the candidate is expected to bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn. All Roads has over 40 locations across 12 states.

Responsibilities

• With training, create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings.
• Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
• Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Other duties as needed.
