The Role As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, partnering closely with leadership to identify, attract, and hire the skilled professionals who keep our production lines and engineering teams moving forward. Requirements
- Experience in Talent acquisition with aerospace manufacturing (strongly preferred)
- Proven success filling technical and production roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, you don’t wait for talent, you go find it
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle for Talent acquisition for aerospace manufacturing roles (hourly and salaried)
- Build strong pipelines of skilled trades, machinists, engineers, and operations professionals
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly
- Proactively source candidates through creative outreach strategies and industry networks
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Strengthen their employer brand in the Wichita aerospace community
