About The Position

Corpay is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager for its Sales and IT divisions within the Corporate line of business. The role is located in the Peachtree Corners, Georgia, or Brentwood, Tennessee, office and leads sourcing efforts across operations and sales while managing and mentoring sourcers. The position reports directly to the Director of Talent Sourcing and regularly collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners. The role includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; building candidate pipelines through multiple channels and tools; coordinating interviews and candidate communications; sharing data-driven recruiting updates with HR leadership; supporting a team of sourcers; and managing recruiting projects and process improvements. Corpay provides a hybrid work setup, company-issued equipment, and formal training.

Requirements

At least 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting North America-region recruiting.
Experience sourcing and/or recruiting across sales and IT functions.
Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Dayforce or Workday, and recruiting analytics.
Advanced proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Provide data-driven recruiting updates and insights to HR leadership.
