  • Build and nurture pipelines of passive candidates, maintaining regular contact with high-potential talent and converting relationships into future hiring opportunities.
  • Use a broad range of sourcing channels—including LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, professional associations, industry networks, referrals, social media, and targeted outreach—to reach specialized and hard-to-find talent.
  • Develop customized sourcing strategies for business-critical, high-volume, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs, refine candidate profiles, and translate business requirements into effective talent-acquisition plans.
  • Represent RADA at career fairs, university and technical-school recruiting events, military and veteran outreach events, industry conferences, and community networking opportunities to strengthen our employment brand and build early-career and experienced-talent pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce-development organizations, professional groups, and community partners.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake discussions, job posting support, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer management, etc.
  • Deliver a responsive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from first outreach through hire.
  • Create and maintain talent communities for priority skill areas, ensuring candidates remain engaged even when there is not an immediate opening.
