Towne Park•Plymouth Meeting, PA
•$66,000 - $81,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer keeps Towne’s talent pipeline full before a role even opens. This role builds genuine relationships on college campuses and within our own walls, proactively engaging early-career talent and current associates alike so hiring managers always have great people to meet. It’s a role rooted in curiosity and connection: researching where talent lives, building trust with career centers and student organizations, and championing the associates already growing their careers at Towne. Every conversation started here, whether with a graduating senior or a Towne associate ready for what’s next, is the first step toward a Towne wow moment.

  • Experience with campus recruiting programs and/or internal talent mobility programs strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both external candidates and internal associates as genuine, trusted connections rather than transactions.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with university career centers, faculty and student organizations to create a sustainable early-career talent pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of internal mobility and talent marketplace practices, with the ability to advocate for current associates seeking new opportunities.
  • Proficiency with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed and campus recruiting portals.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
