The role is responsible for candidate sourcing methodologies, educational institutional relations, recruitment process effectiveness, and the efficient use of applicant tracking systems. The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will hire talent and high-potential graduates, having a keen focus on ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent is built across all early career programs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple positions across different business units in a high energy, dynamic environment.
