About The Position

Sollis Health is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team at Sollis Health’s New York City headquarters. This role operates in a hybrid model (in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays) and will play a critical part in scaling the organization by attracting top-tier talent across a wide range of functions and levels. This individual will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, and will bring a consultative, insights-driven approach to talent acquisition. This is a hybrid role out of our NY-HQ office.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including executive hiring
  • Strong experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership, including C suite stakeholders
  • Highly data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • Passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, concierge services, or high-touch customer-focused industries
  • Familiarity with recruiting in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Track record of implementing or improving recruiting processes and systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions and levels, from individual contributors to executive hires
  • Partner closely with C-suite and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Use data and analytics, specifically leveraging AI where possible, to inform recruiting strategies, track performance, and continuously optimize hiring processes
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring best practices
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
  • Collaborate with People, HR, and leadership teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Leverage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to maintain operational excellence
