About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will sit at the center of that work, helping us find, hire, and support the people who keep our mission moving forward. You will own full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, protect the candidate experience, and help the team hit both short-term hiring needs and longer-term growth goals. In a private equity-backed, fast-moving environment, this role is built for someone who can handle volume, move with urgency, and still care deeply about quality. You will partner closely with leaders in the field and at our corporate offices, bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to how we hire. Your work will show up in every branch, every department, and every new hire who walks through the door.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing company
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A genuine passion for finding and hiring great talent and representing the company brand with professionalism and care

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting in a private equity-backed or high growth environment.
  • Prior experience supporting multi-location or multi-state hiring.
  • A track record of building or refining recruiting processes, workflows, or candidate experience initiatives.
  • Comfortable presenting data and recruiting metrics to leaders and using those insights to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the candidate review process to ensure all applications are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software, including communication with vendors and troubleshooting issues through resolution.
  • Meet and connect with various stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team and hiring managers, to facilitate candidate review and interview scheduling.
  • Generate new and updated job descriptions that accurately capture our culture and business needs.
  • Observe as many first and second round interviews as possible to gain insight into our process and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Talent, Culture, and People team to support and execute new hire onboarding efforts.
  • Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and support their efforts in sourcing top talent.
  • Proactively sourcing and initiating conversations with potential candidates across key roles and markets.
  • Leading first round interviews, participating in second and third round interactions, and contributing to hire and non-hire decisions.
  • Crafting and persuasively delivering offer letters to candidates.
  • Taking on additional projects that support the growth and evolution of the Talent, Culture, and People team as we scale.
