About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a key partner to our venue leadership teams, responsible for sourcing top talent, optimizing hiring processes, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage full life cycle recruiting for salaried positions and play a critical role in shaping the hiring strategies that support our growing business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments, with strong focus on leadership/salaried hiring in multi-site locations
  • Excellent client service, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone presence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-changing , fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management abilities.
  • A high sense of urgency and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences

Responsibilities

  • Partner with venue leadership to understand hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies for salaried roles.
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Drive forward-thinking recruiting strategies that strengthen our employer brand and expand high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain timely , consistent communication with all candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, engaging recruitment experience.
  • Guide candidates and leaders through each stage of the hiring process with a high level of service, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on candidate quality, market trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions while prioritizing critical and time sensitive hiring needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline recruiting workflows and elevate the overall talent acquisition function.
