About The Position

The position is responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and delivering high-quality hires.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments (with a demonstrated track record of direct candidate sourcing).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system, with Workday Recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive-candidate channels.
  • 3+ years of experience directly sourcing and hiring for skilled trades, manufacturing, field service, or technical/industrial roles.
  • 2+ years of experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor.
  • Proven experience using data, market insights, and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Ensure the organization can effectively attract and secure the talent needed to support business growth and operational needs across the region.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data integrity standards across all recruiting activities.
  • Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and driving aligned recruiting strategies.
  • Operate as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring managers with credibility, consultative insight, and a focus on long-term talent pipeline development.
