About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals. This role involves utilizing various sourcing strategies and resources, building networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. The recruiter will act as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers, travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events as needed, and develop recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the recruiting experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers. They will coordinate the implementation of strategies for recruiting diverse talent, work closely with hiring managers to build trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process, and evaluate the recruiting pool to identify future sourcing needs and implement proactive recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines for future vacancies. The role also includes proactively sourcing and networking with potential candidates in the marketplace, assisting in the organizing and logistics of recruitment and marketing events, representing the organization internally and externally at events, job fairs, and college recruitment functions, ensuring recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws, and assisting Talent Acquisition Leadership with the development and implementation of specific projects.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within a healthcare, health insurance, managed care, or hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify passive talent.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruiting documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years Full life-cycle HR/Agency recruitment experience in a high volume environment supporting mid to senior level roles.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in proactively sourcing qualified candidates.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
