In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to partnering with hiring managers, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, or corporate environments.
HR support or Human Resources experience.
Experience partnering with leadership and hiring managers across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple channels.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Facilitate interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and hiring decisions with leadership teams.
Negotiate and extend competitive offers while ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, hiring processes, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
Develop recruiting materials, job advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry organizations to strengthen talent engagement.
