This role will have a primary focus on university recruiting, including campus strategy, internship programs, and new graduate hiring, while also supporting an early-in-career rotational program, targeted hiring initiatives such as veteran hiring, and scalable, AI-enabled recruiting workflows. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a builder who can translate strategy into repeatable programs, measurable outcomes, and strong candidate experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in university and early-career recruiting, strong program management skills, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to build programs that support long-term business growth.
