This position is responsible for providing leadership for talent acquisition team programs. This encompasses controlling project deliverables, building and monitoring program metrics, working cross functionally, and collaborating with team members. The Manager is responsible for building and executing consistent process to grow programs and drive Weighted Client Facing Capacity results. This role is responsible for leading in a matrix environment and driving effective partnerships with the corporate and field stakeholders. This can be a remote position within the US.
