About The Position

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Special Projects and Data Analyst to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time. In this role, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining robust recruiting analytics, driving data-informed workforce planning, improving decision-making through talent intelligence, leading strategic Talent Acquisition projects, strengthening reporting accuracy, evaluating recruiting process effectiveness, identifying performance gaps, and partnering with business leaders and HR teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust recruiting analytics that provide leadership with actionable insights to improve talent acquisition performance.
• Drive data-informed workforce planning by aligning hiring demand forecasts with recruiter capacity and operational priorities.
• Improve decision-making through the delivery of meaningful talent intelligence, labor market insights, and performance reporting.
• Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable adoption.
• Strengthen reporting accuracy by establishing data governance practices and ensuring consistency across regional and global metrics.
• Evaluate recruiting process effectiveness by measuring quality, speed, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and cost outcomes.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities by analyzing sourcing, coordination, and service delivery metrics across recruiting operations.
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support organizational talent objectives.
