Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with operational HR work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, or onboarding systems preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structure, and role requirements
  • Create compelling job postings aligned to Authenticom’s voice and culture
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics
  • Improve and streamline recruiting workflows, interview processes, and hiring documentation
  • Help build scalable recruiting practices and employer branding initiatives
  • Own and coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Prepare onboarding documents, system access requests, and new hire communications
  • Support HR administrative processes including employee records, policy acknowledgements, and HRIS updates
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee questions, and general HR support
  • Help maintain compliance-related documentation and onboarding requirements
  • Partner with leadership on employee experience initiatives and process improvements
  • Support additional HR projects as the company grows and evolves
