Civil CFO is a fast-growing, construction-focused Fractional CFO firm based in Dallas. We place experienced CFOs with mid-market construction companies that need senior financial leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire. Our work is built on trust, business judgment, and genuinely caring about the people and businesses we serve. We're a faith-driven firm — that shapes how we treat clients, how we work together, and the kind of team we're building. We're a small team (six today, scaling to thirty-plus over the next few years) with big ambitions and a high bar for who joins us. We're hiring our first dedicated Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to help us scale intentionally. This is a working role with two equally important sides: active hunting (outbound sourcing of senior CFOs and finance leaders) and operational ownership (owning our ATS, candidate experience, interview coordination, and onboarding process). This isn't a strategic seat looking down on the work. It's a hands-on seat where you do the work, build the systems, and grow into broader scope as the firm grows.
