About The Position

This role is responsible for managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with employment policies, supporting people-related initiatives, monitoring team culture, conducting employee check-ins, leading performance reviews, managing alternate work location requests, and overseeing compensation and promotion cycles. The Manager will also act as a champion for Madison Logic's culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Recruitment experience, with a focus on both tech and non-tech roles
  • Strong Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter Experience
  • 1+ years of People Operations experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work towards goals on an individual and team level
  • Must love multi-tasking and naturally comfortable at managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Self-starter and passionate about process details
  • Comfortable learning new technology/systems quickly and efficiently
  • Have a natural curiosity to understand what's 'under the hood' and strong desire to solve problems
  • High level of enthusiasm, energy, sense of humor as well as a sense of urgency to address issues

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and/or degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster strong relationships/partnerships with leaders & stakeholders across the globe.
  • Manage requisition load, perform in-person or video interviews with candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Create, implement, and drive adoption of innovative and scalable recruitment policies and practices.
  • Continually assess processes to identify inefficiencies and drive effectiveness in Greenhouse.
  • Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals.
  • Create reporting dashboards which offer insights into hiring processes, brand reach and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Review and revise recruiting strategies to ensure we are attracting a diverse pool of top talent.
  • Develop strategies to stay ahead of potential hiring or retention challenges.
  • Stay abreast of new and changing recruitment trends and laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment-related policies and procedures in the US region.
  • Support US teams on people-related initiatives aligned with Madison Logic’s growth strategy.
  • Monitor team culture and collaborate with APAC & EMEA teams on engagement and cultural initiatives.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with all US-based employees.
  • Lead the performance review process for US staff.
  • Own and manage the Alternate Work Location request process in the US.
  • Oversee administrative and operational tasks related to compensation increases and promotion cycles.
  • Be a champion of Madison Logic’s culture.
