About The Position

Force Factor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op to join their People team for a 4-6 month, full-time, in-office role at their Boston Seaport headquarters. This role is open to current undergraduate and master’s students who want real work experience in talent acquisition. The co-op will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top candidates across the business, and will partner closely with the SVP of People and hiring managers to help build a culture of smart, hungry, capable overachievers. The individual will own real searches, spend real time with candidates, and learn how a high-performance team is built from the inside.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program, or a recent graduate seeking hands-on recruiting experience.
• Available to work full time, in office, in Boston for the duration of the 4-6 month co-op.
• Passion for talent and people - you enjoy interviewing, qualifying, and understanding candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a winning team.
• Motivated, competitive, and excited to help build teams that make an impact.

Nice To Haves

• Prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a focus on sourcing, scheduling, and candidate management.
• Partner with the SVP of People and hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Conduct initial screens and assessments, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Assist in building and maintaining pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer processes.
• Help refine recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
