About The Position
The Co-op Program at Kokosing is designed to provide students with practical construction industry experience, the chance to work on value-added projects, connect with a mentor in their field of study, network with senior leaders, team members, and other co-ops. The program aims to prepare students for full-time employment in various roles within the construction industry. Co-ops will have specific project responsibilities and daily activities assigned to them to gain firsthand experience. Supervisors and project staff will structure work efforts to facilitate learning and contribute to project completion. A mentor will be assigned for support and guidance. Upon completion of each summer term, Kokosing hosts the Co-op Capstone Event where co-ops present their learning and experiences, network with senior management, and participate in interactive activities showcasing the construction and engineering industry.
Requirements
- Students interested in a co-op experience for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters.
- Skilled team members who reflect core values and culture of safety.

Responsibilities
